The Safest Paramotor On Earth:

When Dell Schanze was building the Flat Top Paramotor his #1 focus was on the pilot’s safety.

He built the Flat Top to prevent and protect pilots from crashing, getting hurt, and getting killed.

By identifying common paramotor crashes and injuries, Dell was able to build a paramotor that keeps the pilot safe no matter what.

The Top Performing Paramotor:

While building the safest paramotor was the #1 priority, Dell did not want to build a paramotor pilots would quickly get bored with.

The Flat Top is built to have the highest level of performance possible.

Maneuverability, weight-shift, power, and comfort make the Flat Top a high-performance paramotor.

Flat Top’s Innovative Design:

Every piece of the Flat Top was built with a purpose. From the throttle to the dual cage, gas tank, rounded skids and more.

The Tank Of Paramotors:

The Flat Top was built to be used and abused without being destroyed. The Flat Top is built out of heat treated and powder coated aluminum.

Pilots can make mistakes, fall down, and smack the Flat Top around without destroying it. Pilots can beat it up and it will just keep on going.

Spinal Protection:

A major risk for paramotor pilots is spinal injuries. Pilots can get into situations where they hit the ground hard, and without the crumple zone of the Flat Top, they take all the impact.

The Flat Top is built with 16-18 inches of specially designed crumple zone that is built to crush, crumple, and absorb energy on impact.

Making contact with the ground is no fun, but having the protection of the Flat Top reduces the risk of injury.

The Crumple zone has been PROVEN to work in real-world situations by real pilots.

Faceplant Protection:

A common mistake new pilots make is falling forward onto their face. Once they fall they are then crushed by the entire weight of the paramotor and possibly the power of the paramotor as well.

Pilots can be crushed by up to 90 pounds of paramotor and 180 pounds of power.

The Flat Top was built with 16 inch solid aluminum comfort bars that stick out in front of the pilot and keep all the weight of the paramotor off the pilot.

Propeller Protection:

Too commonly paramotors are designed with weak, and poorly secured, fishnet style netting.

Due to the weak design of the netting and cage, pilots can easily get their hands and limbs into the propeller.

The Flat Top is built to ensure that NEVER happens to anyone.

The Flat Top is built with tightly woven kevlar netting that is riveted onto a secured dual looped cage.

The force required to flex the propeller into the netting is enough to snap the propeller in half.

Quick-Release Harness:

Flying over water is a very tempting and fun thing to do with a paramotor.

Pilots run the risk of ending up in the water and being unable to get out of their paramotor. Commonly paramotors are built with a 5 point harness that takes upwards of 30 seconds to get out of.

The Flat Top was built with a single pull, quick-release harness that pilots can get out of in as little as 5 seconds.

Riser Twist Prevention:

The Flat Top Ninja is built with 22 inch wide secured hook-in points.

By extending out where the risers hook-in you reduce their ability for them to come together causing a riser twist.

By securing and widening where the risers hook-in it reduces the pilot’s risk of getting a riser twist which is very dangerous.

Weight Shift:

The Flat Top Ninja has the most incredible weight-shifting ability of any paramotor out there.

Due to the 22 inch wide hook-in points, pilots can glide from side to side by simply shifting their weight in the harness.

Pilots will have an easier time in standard flight, flying without the brakes in their hand, or when doing acro maneuvers.

By increasing the pilots ability to weight-shift it increases their overall agility and maneuverability in the air.

Power:

The Flat Top Ninja comes standard with a Vittarazi Moster 185 Plus motor.

The Vittarazi has been proven to have the best power to weight ratio, achieving upwards of 28 HP and weighing as little as 34 pounds.

The incredible power produced by the Vittarazi allows Flat Top pilots to carry upwards of 600 pounds while flying.

Tandem flights are easier than ever with the powerful and reliable Vittarazi engine.

The Vittarazi is also one of the most reliable paramotor engines on the market.

Efficiency:

The Flat Top Ninja is one of the most efficient paramotors out there.

Due to the power to weight ratio the Vittarazi produces, you are able to fly for over 2 hours on a single tank of gas with the Flat Top Ninja.

The Flat Top allows has an easily attached dual tank option that increases the pilot’s overall flight time to over 4 hours.

Secured Hook-In:

The Flat Top Ninja is built with secured hook-in points because of the overall increase in safety and performance.

By securing the hook-in points vs having a traditional swing arm style, it increases the pilot’s ability to effectively weight-shift and maintain perfect control of the glider.

Because the secured hook-in points cannot move or flex, it reduces the risk of them swinging/moving and unloading the glider in flight causing a collapse.

Secured hook-in points make it easier to perform and recover from hardcore acro maneuvers.

When flying in turbulent or rough air the secured hook-in points reduce the pilot’s risk of losing loading or taking a collapse.

Because the risers are unable to come together and touch due to wide and secured hook-in points, it is far harder in the air to get a riser twist while flying.

Comfort:

The Flat Top’s unique harness is built out of spectra cloth and designed to give pilots maximum comfort in the air. Once you are airborne you will be sitting with little to no pressure on any part of your body.

Flying in the Flat Top is like flying in a lawn chair. Long cross country flights are very comfortable with the Flat Top Ninja.

Taking Passangers:

The Flat Top Ninja is the perfect paramotor for taking passengers up with you.

With a 600-pound max capacity, you can easily take 300-pound passengers.

Due to the incredible power produced by the Vittarazi Moster 185, tandems are a walk in the park with the Flat Top Ninja.

5-Piece Cage:

The Flat Top Ninja is built out of 5 heat treated and powder-coated aluminum cage pieces.

Each cage piece is built with a dual-loop increasing its overall strength.

Due to the increased overall strength of the cage pieces, it reduces the cost of making mistakes for new pilots.

Throttle:

The Flat Top Ninja is built with a custom throttle. Typical paramotors use a reverse bicycle brake that is pressed with the pinky, ring finger, and middle finger. Because of that, it leaves only one or two fingers for pilots to have their brake toggle in and reduces pilot’s overall ability to give exact throttle inputs.

The Flat Top Ninja is built with a standard right-handed trigger throttle. By putting the throttle in the pilots most dominate hand, and putting the trigger in the pilot’s pointer finger, it gives them a better ability to modulate throttle input. The Flat Top’s throttle is also built with a hand safety, so throttle inputs cant be made without pressing it in.

Hand-less Seating:

The Flat Top Ninja is built with a unique seat design that allows pilots to easily get into and out of their seat without having to take their hands off of the controls.

This increases the pilot’s overall safety by eliminating the need to release the controls when getting into the seat.

This is possible because of the overall design of the seat, and harness.

Strength.

Call: (800) 707-2525

Built With Aluminum:

The Flat Top is built with powder-coated and heat-treated t-5 and t-6 aluminum. Because it is built out of this material, it makes it far stronger and more durable than traditionally built paramotors.

Each cage piece is securely mounted to the center frame increasing the overall strength of the unit.

Dual Loop Cage:

By building the Flat Top Ninja with a dual loop cage, it doubles the overall strength and durability of the frame.

Because we did this, it reduces the risk of breaking the cage pieces on the Flat Top making little mistakes less costly.
